Food Philosophy

• The preparation of food is deeply rooted in history in all societies, races and religions. Food has the ability to give us comfort, make us feel good, lets us be in contact with our planet.
• Over the past decade we transformed into a society where time has seemingly become so important, that sometimes we forget how our food gets onto our plate. The labour involved in the farming and harvesting, the challenges of a consistent supply of food to the labour and process of preparing food. We seem to take food for granted.
• Today, there are about 3.000 man-made chemicals added to the food supply in North America, none of them are natural..
• As a result we have committed ourselves to only use organic/natural ingredients. In our menu, we only use ingredients that are sustainable and are committed to finding a balance between sourcing our products with a low carbon foot-print and providing a menu variety that will excite your senses. And because we love what we do, you will taste the difference.
