The food, as always, was wonderful and we heard many great comments from participants. Everyone enjoyed the food and couldn’t stop commenting on how wonderful everything tasted.

Hello Michael,
I just wanted to pass along my thanks for all your culinary genius. Your dishes have always been fantastic and well received by our Directors (not to mention the staff!). People are always asking who we order from and I’m proud to tell them your story. There are even requests to order from ‘that box guy’ when they do not remember the name.
Last night’s chicken in the mushroom cream sauce was particularly memorable, I took some home last night and I was even tempted to have it for breakfast this morning!!
If you ever write a recipe book, let me know.

That was simply the best lunch I have ever had. I've had the pleasure of dining at some very fine, much-lauded restaurants, but I have never had a meal that felt as good as it tasted. Every bite was bliss. It truly is artisan, and every ingredient reflects this. The turtle shakers are the perfect touch; I really was reminded to slow down and appreciate my food.
